Thank you for signing up with AudioSalad. In order to configure your AudioSalad instance, we require a few details. Please note that these details can be changed at any time later.
AudioSalad Set Up – Required Info:
1 – Enter your companies full name for example ‘Sony Music’ should be ‘Sony Music Entertainment Inc.’
2 – Enter your chosen AudioSalad name, in the format ‘yourname.audiosalad.com‘, for example ‘Sony Music’ could be ‘sony.audiosalad.com’ or ‘sonymusic.audiosalad.com’
3 – Enter your operations/support email address, for AudioSalad’s email notifications. This should be something that all staff working with the system can see e.g. ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’
4 – Enter your billing/invoicing contact name, for AudioSalad invoice notifications.
5 – Enter your billing/invoicing contact email address, for AudioSalad invoice notifications e.g. ‘email@example.com’
6- Upload your company logo file as a .png or .jpg and less than 2mb in size.
Delivery Set Up – Required Info:
The following details are required if you plan to use AudioSalad for digital delivery to third party providers.
7 – Enter your DDEX Party Name. If you do not have a DDEX ID (PartyName and DPIDA), visit dpid.ddex.net to apply.
8 – Enter your DDEX Party ID (DPIDA).
